Objectives

Fabricate a wire spool rack that can be attached to the top of a metal tool chest or cart to build out a wiring supplies and tools roll around system.  Goal was to use some left over EMT conduit and create a modular design that can be easily scaled via conduit length used and horizontal rails can be adjusted for spacing that matches the spool sizes.
